What type of support & help can I expect?

We offer extensive online ticketing support from our team or you can use our live chat from 11AM ET – 7PM ET Monday – Friday. You can also use our online help resources, and a library of Digital 9 Real Estate produced how-to videos.

Do I have to pay for any new features?

Nope, you’re grandfathered in! We update our app very frequently, so you get to enjoy some of the industry’s leading new features as a Digital 9 Real Estate user!

Why do I need onboarding?

To ensure that all of our LeadDragon users are setup for success & growth, we’ve made an onboarding and coaching call a pre-requisite. The onboarding is a one-time payment of $150 and you will be provided with two personal hour long sessions to fuel your marketing and sales growth strategy.

When will I get charged for my trial?

You begin with a 14-day free trial. During this time you will not be charged. However, at the end of the 14 days you will be billed for the plan you selected during signup. You can upgrade by going into the “Billing” section at any time.
